Installation Process
1. Measurement and Sampling
Coordinate with supervising engineer to measure and position according to drawings using total station for axis determination and steel tape for precise column positioning. Adjust positions as needed for underground utilities.
2. Concrete Mixing
Procure sand, stone, and cement according to owner requirements. Conduct concrete ratio experiments and mix according to approved formulation.
3. Pit Excavation
Excavate according to measured positions and drawings. Stagger construction by 1-3 meters when adjacent to bridges.
4. Delineator Post Installation
Transport concrete and delineator posts to site. Adjust alignment according to road line position to ensure smooth, consistent lines.
5. Post-Installation Adjustment
Perform straightness adjustments every 10 spans to ensure delineator posts coordinate with guardrail lines and final positioning.
Packaging & Shipping
Standard outer packing. Small orders or samples shipped via air (DHL, TNT). Large orders shipped via ocean freight.
